The short version: BogeyHunter is provided as-is for personal golf coaching. Don't reverse-engineer it, don't redistribute it, and don't use it for anything other than improving your golf game.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BogeyHunter application and website (the "Service") operated by And Beyond Apps, LLC. ("we", "us", "our"). By installing, accessing, or using BogeyHunter, you agree to these Terms.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BogeyHunter for personal, non-commercial golf coaching purposes. This license is for your individual use only.

You may install BogeyHunter on devices you own or control. The desktop platform may be used by multiple golfers on the same machine, each with their own profile.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the software
Copy, redistribute, sublicense, sell, or lease any part of the software
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
Use the software for commercial coaching services without a separate commercial license
Attempt to extract, copy, or replicate the AI model, coaching data, or reference library
Use automated tools to access, scrape, or interact with the software beyond its intended interface

3. AI Coaching Disclaimer

BogeyHunter provides AI-generated golf coaching for informational and educational purposes only. Coach Mulligan is an AI assistant, not a certified golf instructor or medical advisor.

Not medical advice. BogeyHunter does not diagnose or treat injuries. If you experience pain during practice, consult a medical professional.
Not a substitute for professional instruction. AI coaching is a supplement to, not a replacement for, qualified golf instruction.
Metrics are estimates. Biomechanical measurements are derived from camera-based analysis and may not be as precise as professional motion capture systems.
Results vary. Improvement depends on practice quality, frequency, physical ability, and many other factors. We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes.

4. Intellectual Property

BogeyHunter, including its software, AI models, coaching methodology, training data, reference library, user interface, and branding, is the proprietary intellectual property of And Beyond Apps, LLC. All rights not explicitly granted in these Terms are reserved.

5. User-Generated Data

All data you create while using BogeyHunter (swing videos, metrics, coaching conversations, profiles, round history) is stored locally on your device and belongs to you. We do not collect, access, or claim any rights to your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Third-Party Content

BogeyHunter may reference third-party golf course data, open-source software components, and professional coaching methodologies. These are used under their respective licenses and do not imply endorsement by or affiliation with their creators.

7. Availability and Updates

We may update, modify, or discontinue BogeyHunter at any time without notice. During the alpha period, features may change significantly between versions. We are not obligated to maintain backward compatibility with alpha releases.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

BogeyHunter is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI coaching, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, And Beyond Apps, LLC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of BogeyHunter, including but not limited to physical injury during practice, loss of data, or reliance on AI coaching recommendations.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless And Beyond Apps, LLC. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of BogeyHunter or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of BogeyHunter after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
