What to Include
- Bug reports: What happened, what you expected, your device/GPU model, and any error messages
- Feature requests: What you'd like to see and how you'd use it
- General questions: Anything about BogeyHunter, golf coaching methodology, or hardware compatibility
Billing & Refunds
- Desktop: licenses are sold by Stripe through Link. For a refund request under our Refund Policy, email mulligan@bogeyhunter.ai with your order number (format BH-XXXXX-XXXXX) and a description of the problem.
- iPhone: subscriptions are billed by Apple. Billing questions and refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
